How do I give clients access to their portal?

Each wedding event generates a unique 8-character access code. Share this code with your clients to let them view their wedding details, documents, and timeline.

Is my data backed up?

During the beta phase, we recommend regularly exporting your important data. Full automated backups will be available in the production release.

What are the pricing plans?

Plannifier is currently free during our beta testing phase. Pricing details will be announced before we transition out of beta, with at least 30 days advance notice.

What if I encounter a bug?

As we're in beta, bugs may occur. Please report any issues to our support team with detailed steps to reproduce the problem.

How do I manage my account settings?
